As we all know, Haiti has been hit by another 6.1 magnitude earthquake. I have read many articles online and watched the victims of this terrible catastrophic event on the news. I am sending my prayers to them in hopes that the world will help aid them in their time of need and although I don't have much money, I donated what I could to funds for the victims. Many people don't try to help and "chalk it off" as a minor event but if we all donated just one dollar it would make a world of change for a family in need. If you're the type of person that doesn't let other peoples problems bother you, a good question to ask yourself is; If you were a victim of an earthquake and you had no means of support, where would you find help?

You are inpirational, Jardel. When you think of it, nearly EVERYBODY can give to charity because there is always someone, somewhere worse off than we are.
I'm thinking about your project and your interest in Haiti, and wondered if there is any specific Haitian cuisine. I wonder if their culinary culture relies on noteable French recipes?
