As I looked through a menu, I made a project connection the other week when my family and I went out to eat for Easter. Instead of ordering something that appealed to me, I decided to order 2 dishes that me and Darren have made: Brushetta and Shrimp Scampi; I decided I would compare these meals to the ones Darren and I have made. I found that the chef at this restaurant cooked his meals using different ingredients. I felt that the Scampi was too buttery and lacked flavor and the Brushetta didn't have enough cheese on it and he didn't use as many spices as Darren had; I enjoyed Darren's dishes a lot more. I didn't think that the food was bad, it was just rather bland.
