My Choice: Easter?

Since Easter is coming and it falls on the same day as my sister's birthday, I wondered if Easter fell on the same day every year because I don't recall her birthday ever being on the same day as Easter. I asked my friend when it came up in the conversation and she informed me that Easter falls on different days every year, "like it's on it's own special cycle". I found this really strange considering Easter is the supposed day of Jesus Christ's Resurrection from the dead. If he was resurrected on Easter and the date of Easter changes every year, then how can Easter be the celebration of Jesus Resurrection if it's not even a definite date? I'm not too sure about any religious reasons as to why Easter is on this "cycle" but I it was an intriguing question to me.

That's a great question. I suspected that it had something to do with the Hebrew calendar's lunar moon and wiki-answers confirms this:
