You are what you read

I was "googling" information on my thesis this week (even though Ebscohost is a beast) and I found a few paragraphs written by Miss Helen Louise Johnson that helped further prove my thesis; cooking is art. I found it interesting to read about different people that I know of in history that have felt the same way. I also liked Miss Johnson's writing style and how she incorporated history into her opinion. This article taught me new things and presented the opportunity to help me with my research paper; I may just do the same thing in my paper.

How amazing that Johnson's article, written over 100 years ago, resonates with you today. You might be onto something with cooking as an art, and you can continue to refine it. How has cooking been influenced by the conventional arts like painting and sculpture? Hmmmm
